Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below. Where context permits, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

• "Platform" — the coi99 website accessible at https://coi99.pro, including all associated sub-pages, mobile-optimized views, and any applications made available by coi99.
• "coi99" / "we" / "us" / "our" — the company operating the coi99 online gaming platform and all related services described herein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — any individual who accesses the Platform, registers an account, or uses any service offered through the Platform.
• "Account" — the personal user account created by a Player upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Balance" — the real-money IDR funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, exclusive of any bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements and bonus terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" / "Rollover" — the number of times a Bonus Fund must be staked before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity verification process by which coi99 confirms a Player's identity, age, and eligibility.
• "IDR" — Indonesian Rupiah, the official currency of the Republic of Indonesia, being the sole transactional currency of the Platform.
• "WIB" — Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all draw results, settlement times, and customer service hours referenced on the Platform unless otherwise specified.
• "Force Majeure" — any event beyond the reasonable control of coi99 including but not limited to natural disasters, governmental actions, power outages, network failures, or cyber-attacks.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the coi99 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, each of which must be satisfied at all times during your use of the Platform:

• You must be a natural person (not a corporate entity acting on behalf of third parties for wagering purposes).
• You must be at least 21 years of age. coi99 strictly prohibits access by minors. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be suspended immediately and all funds subject to review in accordance with our responsible gaming and anti-fraud policies.
• You must be the sole beneficial owner of any funds deposited into your Account. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion agreement, either with coi99 directly or via any third-party responsible gaming program, that remains active at the time of registration or play.
• You must not be acting in a professional capacity, using automated software, bots, or artificial intelligence to gain a systematic advantage over the house or other players, except where the use of such tools is explicitly permitted in writing by coi99.
• You must not be an employee, officer, director, contractor, or agent of coi99, or an immediate family member of any such person.

Account Registration

To access real-money games and betting markets on coi99, you must register a Player Account. The following conditions apply to the registration and ongoing maintenance of your Account:

1. One Account Per Person. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Account. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked Accounts — whether under your own name or the name of another person — is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any pending balances.
2. Accurate Information. All information provided during registration must be true, accurate, current, and complete. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, email address, and phone number. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
3. Identity Verification (KYC). coi99 operates a mandatory KYC verification program. Before any withdrawal is processed, and at any point during your use of the Platform at our discretion, you may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., KTP — Indonesian National Identity Card), proof of residential address, and proof of the payment method used. Failure to complete KYC within the stipulated timeframe will result in withdrawal suspension.
4. Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must immediately notify coi99 at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. coi99 accepts no liability for losses arising from unauthorized use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
5. Account Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money Balance remaining in the Account at the time of closure will be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completed KYC and the absence of any pending investigations.

Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the coi99 Platform are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). coi99 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

Deposits:

• Deposits are credited to your Account in real time upon confirmation of receipt by coi99's payment processing system, subject to the policies of the originating bank or e-wallet provider.
• The minimum deposit amount and applicable channel-specific limits are displayed within the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction.
• coi99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. The name on your bank account or e-wallet must match the verified name on your coi99 Account. Any deposit received from a mismatched source will be returned to the originating account after deduction of any applicable bank fees.
• coi99 does not charge processing fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which coi99 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are processed within five (5) minutes of approval during normal operating hours (24/7, WIB). During periods of high volume or for first-time withdrawal requests requiring KYC review, processing may take longer.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet account registered in the same name as the verified coi99 Account.
• coi99 reserves the right to conduct additional verification checks on any withdrawal request where fraud, money laundering, or violation of these Terms & Conditions is suspected. Such checks may result in temporary suspension of the withdrawal pending investigation.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts per transaction and per day are published in the cashier section of the Platform and are subject to change at coi99's discretion.

Bonuses & Promotions

coi99 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, plus any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonus offers are available to Players who have completed registration and, where applicable, verified their Account via KYC.
• Each Player is entitled to claim a specific bonus offer once only, unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise. Attempting to claim the same promotion multiple times through duplicate Accounts or by exploiting technical loopholes will be treated as a material breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• All Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) before they or any winnings derived from them become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable rollover multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completing the wagering requirement will be specified in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus Funds may not be used on games or markets that are excluded from wagering requirement contribution. A full list of excluded game categories is provided within the promotion details.
• Deposits made exclusively to meet a withdrawal threshold (i.e., without genuine gaming activity) are not eligible for bonus funds.
• coi99 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time. Where a promotion is cancelled after a Player has already claimed the bonus, the Player's real-money Balance will not be affected; only the Bonus Funds component will be removed.
• Seasonal and cultural promotions — such as those tied to Idul Fitri, Ramadhan, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), or Chinese New Year (Imlek) — are subject to their own specific terms published at the time of the promotion and are not subject to indefinite rollover.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

The following rules apply to all gameplay and betting activities on the coi99 Platform, including sports betting (covering BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, AFF Cup, and other markets), live casino games, slot games, card games including Capsa Susun, and all other game formats available on the Platform:

• Bet Settlement. All bets and wagers are settled in accordance with the official results from the relevant governing authority, league, or game provider. In the event of a dispute regarding results, the decision of coi99 is final, subject to the complaint resolution procedure set out below.
• Technical Malfunctions. In the event of a technical error, software fault, or network disruption affecting a game round or betting event, coi99 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. coi99 is not liable for losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.
• Cancelled Events. For sportsbook markets, if an event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the applicable settlement criteria are met, affected bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the specific market rules state otherwise.
• RNG Certification. All coi99 slot and table games use certified random number generators (RNGs) independently audited to ensure provably fair outcomes. Game results are not influenced by the size of bets placed, previous outcomes, or any other external variable.
• Maximum Winnings. coi99 imposes a maximum payout cap per bet and per day, specific limits for which are published in the relevant game rules and cashier section. Winnings exceeding this cap will be paid at the cap amount.

Responsible Gaming

coi99 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Players. We provide the following tools and resources, available from within the Player Account dashboard at all times:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps to manage their spending.
• Loss Limits: Players may set maximum loss thresholds per session or per defined time period.
• Session Time Reminders: Automated alerts can be configured to notify Players of the time spent on the Platform within a session.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a self-exclusion period (minimum 30 days, up to permanent exclusion). During a self-exclusion period, the Player's Account will be suspended and no deposits or gameplay will be permitted.
• Reality Check: A pop-up reality check feature is available that displays session duration and net balance at user-defined intervals.

coi99 strictly prohibits account access by individuals under 21 years of age. Parents and guardians are encouraged to use internet filtering software to prevent underage access to gaming and betting websites.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the coi99 Platform. Violation of any of the provisions below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance and Bonus Funds, and referral to the relevant authorities:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or any KYC process.
• Opening or operating more than one Account, whether in your own name or under assumed identities.
• Depositing or withdrawing funds on behalf of a third party, or allowing a third party to use your Account.
• Using automated scripts, bots, artificial intelligence systems, or other software tools to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or circumvent any game mechanics or security measures, except where expressly permitted in writing by coi99.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players, match-fixing, or any form of coordinated betting strategy designed to defraud coi99 or manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors in a manner that provides an undue advantage. Players who discover such errors are obligated to report them to [email protected] immediately; failure to report a discovered exploit constitutes a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activities, including but not limited to fraud, theft, or money laundering.
• Chargebacks or reversal of legitimate deposits, where such chargebacks are not the result of genuine unauthorized use.
• Attempting to access restricted areas of the Platform, reverse-engineer any software, or probe the Platform's security infrastructure.

Intellectual Property

All content on the coi99 Platform — including but not limited to the brand name "coi99", the coi99 logo, all website text, graphic elements, game assets, software code, user interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of coi99 or its licensed partners and game providers.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for the purpose of personal entertainment in accordance with these Terms & Conditions. No content from the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for commercial purposes without the prior written consent of coi99.

Game content provided by third-party studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft remains the intellectual property of the respective studio and is licensed to coi99 for display on the Platform. Any unauthorized reproduction of such content constitutes a breach of the applicable studio's licensing terms.

Privacy & Data

Your privacy is important to us. The collection, use, and storage of your personal data by coi99 is governed by our separate Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an Account on coi99, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.

In summary, coi99 collects personal data (including identity documents, financial information, and gameplay records) for the purposes of account management, KYC verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and improving Platform services. coi99 does not sell personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, identity verification partners, and regulatory bodies as required by applicable law or legitimate operational necessity.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, coi99 excludes all liability for losses and damages of any kind arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from gaming or betting activity, whether or not such losses result from Platform errors.
• Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or opportunity costs.
• Service interruptions, outages, or errors caused by third-party infrastructure providers, payment processors, or Force Majeure events.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your own failure to protect your login credentials.
• Errors in odds, prices, or game results published by third-party data providers, where coi99 has taken reasonable steps to verify accuracy.

Where coi99's liability cannot be wholly excluded under applicable law, our aggregate liability to any individual Player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the incident giving rise to the claim.

Amendments

coi99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via in-Platform notification or email to the address registered on the Account, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the changes take effect, except where immediate amendment is required by law, regulation, or security considerations.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the amended terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 3.5 above.

The version of these Terms & Conditions currently published at https://coi99.pro/terms-conditions supersedes all prior versions. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the date on which the most recent amendments took effect.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which coi99 is licensed and incorporated.

Players accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws applicable to online gaming. coi99 makes no representation that the services offered on the Platform are lawful in any particular jurisdiction. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure they are permitted to use the Platform under the laws applicable to them.

Any unresolved dispute between a Player and coi99 that cannot be settled through our internal complaints procedure (initiated by emailing [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint") may be referred to binding arbitration. Details of the arbitration process will be communicated upon receipt of a formal complaint.
